On Thursday 24th March, we held the second webinar in our Progressive Procurement series for public sector buyers. This session, titled Progressive Procurement: How public sector buyers overcome supplier barriers’ addressed feedback from our previous session on the barriers buyers face when procuring a supplier’s goods or services. Our CEO, Chris Farthing, led this one.

 

What did we cover?

We dived into the world of modern procurement, discussing:

• the feedback from buyers on the last webinar about the barriers they face from suppliers.
• the ways in which suppliers and buyers can better their relationships and improve procurement processes.
• top tips for public sector buyers – from our experience working with suppliers.

We also asked questions throughout for feedback and opinions to help mould future sessions in this series, and there was allotted time for guests to ask us questions, too!
